A young doctor is loved by his cousin, but he does not love her back. He meets a girl on the bus, who accuses him of flirting with her. When the doctor goes to the hospital, he is surprised to find that the same girl on the bus is the new nurse. A love story develops between them, but this girl is carefree and loves another young man who takes her virginity. Ahmed, the doctor, discovers that the girl is cheating on him, and he is the one who proposed to her. The doctor is shocked, and gets close to his cousin, and announces his engagement to her, but the nurse tries to separate the two lovers.
